Did you know that without body movement such as cardio and weight bearing exercises your lymphatic system would stay stagnant. Unlike your cardiovascular system which gets pumped around your body via the heart the lymphatic system requires body movement to help push the fluids through the extensive network of lymphatic vessels.

The lymphatic system is a vital part of your immune system that is responsible for filtering excess tissue fluids and toxins whilst responsible for fluid balance within the body.
